	His Excellency Saud Nassir Al- Shukaily, the Secretary General for Taxation, Ministry of Finance is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of OPWP since 1st April 2009. He is also on the Board of Directors of the following companies: Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors, Oman Airports Management Company. Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors, Oman Refinery Company Member of the Board of Directors, Sohar Industrial Port Company. Member of the Board of Directors, Gulf International Bank (Kingdom of Bahrain). Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors, Qatari-Omani Investment Company. Member of the Board of Directors, Dubai Mercantile Exchange, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. His Excellency obtained a Master's Degree in Development Management from the American University, Washington, D.C., USA in 1993, and obtained his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from University of South Carolina, USA in 1989.
	Mr. Qais Mohamed Al-Yousef is a member of OPWP Board of Directors starting from 1st January, 2008. He is also a Chief Executive Officer and Director of Al Yousef Group. Qais Mohamed Al Yousef is an upcoming entrepreneur. Qais has served as CEO of Al Yousef Group for the past eight years and has managed a number of companies across various industries ranging from financial services (insurance and banking), manufacturing and consumer electronics. Qais has a Masters in Business Management (Sloan Fellow) from Stanford Business School, and has a BA in Economics (Cum Laude) from Williams College, USA.
	Mr. Abdulrahman Awadh Abdullah Ba Omer is a Member of Board of Directors starting from 1st January 2008. He is also Chief Executive Officer and Investment Committee Member of Al Madina Real Estate and is a Vice Chairman of Al Madina Gulf In. In addition; he is a board member of other private companies. He obtained his Master's degree in 1990.
	Mr. Saleh Ali Humaid Al Harthy , Director of Gas Revenue in the Ministry of Finance, Muscat Member of Board of Directors of the following companies: • Member of the Board of Directors, Oman Gas Company • Act/ Member of the Board of Directors, Petroleum Development of Oman • Member of the Board of Directors, Oman Power and Water Procurement Company qualification B.A.in (Economics) in1999/2000.
	Mr. Abdullah Salim Al Harthy , Director in State General Reserve Fund (SGRF) responsible for the fund’s strategy, also he chairs the Investment Committee of local equities portfolio. He has been appointed as a member of OPWP Board of Directors as of 11th October 2010. Alongside his positions in SGRF, Al Harthy is a Member of the Board directors of several companies including Dubai Mercantile Exchange (DME), Vietnam Oman Investment Company (VOI) and National Aluminum Product Company (NAPCO). Al Harthy is chairing the Investment Committee of VOI and the Audit Committee of NAPCO. Al-Harthy was awarded the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charter in 2004. He has BA in Finance from Sultan Qaboos University of Oman.
	Mr. Hamdan Ali Nasser Al Hinai , Director of Contracts and Legal Affairs, Ministry of Defence is a member of OPWP Board of Directors as of 11th October 2010. He also holds a position of First Deputy Chairman, Ahlibank. He has obtained his Masters in Development Management from American University in Washington in December 1993, and before that he was awarded his Degree in Business Management from New England College in Britain in May 1989.
	Mr. Bob Whitelaw has been appointed Chief Executive officer, effective from1st May 2010. Prior to this, he was Advisor to the Chairman of Public Authority for Electricity and Water, Oman with responsibility for advising on policy issues relating to the electricity and water sectors and renewable energy initiatives. Previously, Bob served as the CEO of the Electricity Holding Company, as Unbundling and Privatisation Manager for the Ministry of National Economy in Oman and as Unbundling and Privatisation Advisor for Abu Dhabi Water and Electricity Authority, in the region. Bob is a Chartered Engineer with over 20 years of experience in the planning and restructuring of national electricity and water sectors.
	Mr. Clive Dalton has been appointed Chief Operating Officer of OPWP on 1ST May 2010. Clive worked for the Electricity Holding Company in Oman and was a member of the Board of Directors of OPWP immediately prior to commencing his role with OPWP. Clive is a Chartered Management Accountant and a graduate of Leeds Metropolitan University U.K. He has held finance roles in telecoms and power companies in the UK and Australia, as well as implementing ERP systems at mining sites throughout Australia, Africa and Asia
